Technical Implementation Manager
Overview
As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be the primary architect of the customer onboarding journey. You bridge the gap between our high-level clinical solutions and the technical reality of a hospital’s IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical foundation with a primary focus on implementation excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Technical Onboarding: Own the end-to-end implementation process for new health system partners.
- Strategic Project Management: Define project scopes, create detailed implementation timelines, and manage milestones.
- Technical Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert on Evidently’s integration capabilities (API, HL7/FHIR, cloud architecture).
- Solution Configuration: Configure the Evidently platform to meet specific needs of customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify technical or operational bottlenecks in the deployment process.
- Post-Implementation Hand-off: Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
Who You Are
- A Technical Orchestrator: Understanding of software integration and data workflows.
- A Project Leader: Proven track record of managing complex software deployments in healthcare.
- Clinical/Technical Bilingual: Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.
- Customer-Centric: Motivated by customer success and empathetic to their challenges.
- Process-Oriented: Enjoy building and refining repeatable processes.
- A Communication Expert: Skilled in guiding challenging conversations and resolving complex issues.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and understanding of clinical workflows.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and API-led integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools to track large-scale deployments.
Compensation
- Base: $130,000-170,000 annually depending on experience and location.
- Performance-based bonuses and equity compensation included.
