Infra Staff Systems Engineer

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Staff Systems Engineer in Infrastructure to build and maintain the robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge Clinical Data Intelligence Platform. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of our SMART on FHIR web application used by hospitals and clinics nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and management of our environments.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) across all infrastructure components and processes.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Compensation: $120k – $200k • 0.05% – 0.4%
